REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your specific needs. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining industry standards for commercial kitchen equipment.

Non-Defective Returns


In case of equipment/machine return without technical reason or manufacturer defect and not used, 10% will be deducted from the original purchase price to cover handling and restocking fees.

Defective Products


If equipment arrives with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.


If equipment does not function upon delivery and initial testing, we will replace it at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Exchange Policy

Merchandise Sold Are Not Refundable

Items are Exchangeable If Not Used Within a Month from the date the invoice is issued, subject to the following conditions:

Approval: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Packaging: Securely package item in original packaging with all components

Return: Return the item as directed with the RMA number clearly marked

Inspection: All returns undergo inspection upon receipt

Resolution: Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days
